With the flexibility to go high rise it's not every day one gets to design a Mega Structure. With this project we have got an opportunity to design something that would permanently impact the skyline of Mumbai. On this part of the world these towers are going to be one of the tallest developments in South-Asia representing avant-garde architecture, engineering and aesthetics. 75 stories of occupiable space and inclines on top forming a pinnacle in the sky.

One of the tallest Clubs of the world links the two towers at 580 Ft (176 m) with a variety of amenities spread across 6000 SqFt. that includes state of the art gym, Spa and Sauna, Wellness Centre, Play Areas, gaming zones, Crèche, WFH zone, Business Centre, Mini Theatre, Library, Café's, Juice Bars etc. The landscape is designed around a concept of Tropical Rainforest that offers a variety of experiences, leisure, activity and play along various pathways running throughout the podium top.

With an intent to create a distinct iconic landmark in the Mumbai skyline the façade of the building uses aluminum cladding that runs vertically to the tip of the pinnacle with Light Streaks profiling the towers and the podium façade accentuating its height and futuristic design.

The elevation has been envisaged such that residents have a complete view of the sea and cityscape through full-height windows with tinted high-performance glass that stands against weather, noise and harsh sunlight. Generous floor to ceiling heights birth into voluminous spaces allowing lavish interiors; conceivably, modular fitted kitchen, A-Grade Electrical fittings and appliances, Italian marble, luxury Sanitary Fixtures and Central Air-Conditioning for Luxe Living. 5bhks are designed with magnificent Darshan Living Rooms. The towers are crowned by Stepped Penthouses with private pools, infinity decks and stepped terraces.
