Nothing excites Swati Pandit like geometry. Passionate about shapes and their configurations, she has been with Architect Hafeez Contractor (AHC) since 1988, making her one of the firm's most experienced architects. Specializing in residential architecture, Pandit excels in seamlessly integrating parking structures, apartment layouts, column placements, structural core designs and exterior geometry.

Pandit feels a deep sense of responsibility in designing residential buildings, recognizing them as essential to people's everyday lives. Her focus is on the end user, prioritizing usability over flamboyance. She strives to maximize space utilization with minimal wastage, akin to solving a complex puzzle. She finds the most satisfaction in designing affordable housing, transforming small spaces into comfortable, efficient and accessible homes.

Outside work, Pandit enjoys classical Indian music from Bhimsen Joshi and Kishori Amonkar, believing their melodies can change one's mood, much like she hopes her designs uplift the families living in them. She has a relentless pursuit towards functional beauty in residential architecture and user-centered design.
