Before joining Architect Hafeez Contractor (AHC) in 1995, Mavji Patel was already envisioning a future of sustainable high-rise residential buildings through his thesis. Knowing that AHC offered the opportunities he sought, Patel joined the firm directly after graduation, eager to begin his journey without delay. His recognition of time as a critical resource has made speed his greatest strength.

For nearly three decades, Patel has worked with unrelenting dedication, consistently delivering projects ahead of schedule while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. His commitment to sustainability has been realized through numerous projects, with the 'Platinum-rated Pre-Certification Rating for Green Building Project' Mahindra Splendour holding a special place in his heart.

Beyond sustainability, Patel harbors a passion for Mixed-Use Developments. His dream involves creating spaces that serve every purpose, an all inclusive gated community that caters to medical, educational, residential as well as commercial needs.
