In the 1990s, as technology began to revolutionize architecture, Negandhi, initially proficient only with hand drawing, stayed after hours to learn new software, ensuring he stayed at the industry's cutting edge.

In his personal life, Negandhi treasures the first three hours of his day as his most creative period. Rising at 4:30 AM, he uses this time to explore new areas, cities, and developments, seeking constant inspiration and education, even on holiday.
